1. We believe in respecting your privacy. If a need arises for us to come visit, we will give you as much notice as possible (natural disasters and emergencies may yield less notice :) ).
2. Elementary school and LDS Church within walking distance.
3. Ginormous garden with a well-producing apricot tree, concord grapes, and apple tree
4. HUGE peaceful backyard perfect for entertaining. Gorgeous, gorgeous front yard that blooms from early spring to late fall.
5. Well cared for! We updated 2 summers ago and put in new flooring, carpet, paint, fixtures, and redid all the cabinets (they turned out darling if I do say so myself).
6. Has big windows, but still stays cool in the summers. Has a nice window AC that can keep it downright frigid if you like :)
7. Over 1200 Square feet...much bigger and nicer than most apartments in this price range. And oh the storage....!
8. Quiet, friendly neighborhood. Wonderful, wonderful neighbors.
9. Close to downtown (10 minutes tops...and that's completely avoiding the freeway!), bus stops, and Frontrunner (about 2 miles to Woods Cross Station).
